Graduates of the Master's Program "Human Resources Management" have sufficient skills and knowledge to perform organizational, managerial, planning and economic, analytical, lawmaking, research and educational activities. These specialists ensure effective use of labor resources and improve the efficiency of their organization. They work on the functioning labor market, as well as operate in industrial and research processes in enterprises and institutions with different forms of ownership at various levels of management, personnel departments and services, HR and social development departments of the organization, labor and wages departments of enterprises and so on.
High qualification of Masters in the specialty "Personnel Management" allows them to work successfully as managers and specialists in public administration in the field of industrial relations in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, department of labor and social protection in the regional administrations, the public employment service centers, vocational guidance , Social Insurance Fund, Pension Fund, the State Statistics Committee, in local government; in research institutions, educational institutions, staffing agencies, consulting firms and others.
