The Department encourages students to participate in scientific activities through:

• participation in national and international scientific conferences and seminars on topical issues of pedagogy and psychology;
• preparation of articles, abstracts and research projects under the guidance of the department's teachers;
• practical research in the field of educational management and business psychology.
