Human resource managementThe purpose of science: to provide students with a system of theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of human resource management of organizations operating in the Ukrainian economy The task of science: Developing of complex competencies of student at sufficient level for starting to work on a specialty in primary roles under the guidance of experienced professionals and managers. The students will acquire competences: - to analyse the personnel structure and professional-qualification composition; - to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and policy of personnel management, to identify problem areas, and to propose measures to address them; - to draw up a plan of marketing research of the labour market and the education market; - to make up the planned balance of working time; - to perform economic calculations for planning: the labour-intensiveness of the production program, the number of personnel, productivity, staff costs, etc.; - to perform job analysis procedures to identify the content of a job in terms of activities involved and attributes or job requirements needed to perform the activities for applicants for vacant positions; - to organize professional selection process and the adaptation at the work place; - to choose the most effective methods and techniques for evaluation of employees; - to make and justify plans for employees’ vocational training and careers; - to apply the most effective means of motivating employees; - to identify the enterprise losses through excessive personnel mobility for various reasons; - to analyse and evaluate the performance indicators of human resource management.
