We invite you to deliver a welcoming speech and participate in discussions at the International Scientific and Practical Conference

“WORK IN THE 21ST CENTURY: LATEST TRENDS, SOCIAL DIMENSION, INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT”

 dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Department of Socioeconomics and Personnel Management at KNEU

The conference will be held on October 23-24, 2025

Format:  hybrid

The following topics will be discussed:

1. Labour Studies and Socio-Labour Relations: Renewal and Development;

2. “Labour 5.0”: Theoretical and Applied Foundations for Next-Generation Socio-Labour Development;

3. Institutes of Labour and Employment in the XXI Century;

4. Human in the New Cognitive and Digital Economy: Human Capital Development;

5. Labour Market Institutes and Inclusive Forms of Employment;

6. The Impact of Social Policy Areas on Labor Institutions and Economic Markets: Interaction and Development;

7. Social Dimension, Social Responsibility, and Justice in the World of Labour;

8. The Ecosystem of Human Resources and Personnel Management in New Realities;

9. The Ecosystem of Social Sphere. Social Security

The working languages of the conference are Ukrainian and English.

The conference schedule is as follows:

October 23, 2025 – speakers' presentations, discussions

(hybrid format);

October 24, 2025 – English-language presentations (online format).

To publish abstracts, please send them in Ukrainian or English to labor21stkonfer@gmail.com by October 22, 2025 (the file name should be signed with the surname and initials of the conference participant (for example: Koval  O_Abstracts);

The electronic version of the abstract collection will be posted in the repository of the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (http://ir.kneu.edu.ua/) and sent to participants by email.
