Oksana Zhuravska was educated as a philologist at Donetsk National University and in journalism at Borys Grinchenko University of Kyiv. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience, as well as editorial experience in book publishing, for an information portal, in a newsroom on television and radio, notably in the Ukrainian editorial office of an international public media outlet.

Oksana Zhuravska is a co-author of the manual Information Radio Journalism: First Steps (2025).
