Born June 2, 1970 in Shostka, Sumy region.Graduated from Kiev State Economic University with a degree in labour economics and sociology in 1995. From 1995 till 1998 studied at the fulltime postgraduate program of Kyiv National Economic University. Defended thesis for the Ph. D. degree in world economy and international economic relations. Has been working as an associate professor at Personnel Management and Labour Economics Department since September 2004. |
