Born in 1971. Graduated from the State Academy of Light Industry of Ukraine with a degree in technology and design of garments. From 1997 till 2005 studied at postgraduate program of Kyiv National University of Technology and Design. Defended thesis for the Ph. D. degree in Engineering Science named “"Intensification of textile finishing processes in magnetic field"  in 2009. From 2005 till 2010 worked as a teaching assistant at Technogenic  Security Department of Kyiv National University of Technology and Design. Has been working ad an associate professor at Personnel Management and Labour Economics Department since 2010. teaches the following courses: “Fundamentals of Labour Safety” and “Labour Norming”.
