Dr. Petrova graduated from Kiev State University named after Taras Shevchenko. She has been working in the field of education and science since the 80s. She managed and participated in several research projects related to the management of human resources. Professor Petrova trains postgraduate students. 5 of them have already defended their theses. She is a member of the Academic Council of the Kyiv National Economic University and the Institute of Demography and Social Studies of the NAS of Ukraine.
