Here is some information about him:

 Oleh Krutko received his Candidate of Sciences (Phys. and Math.) degree in Physical Electronics from Sumy State University (Sumy , Ukraine) in 1995 and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati (Cincinnati, OH, USA) in 2000. He is currently a Senior Director of Analog and Digital RF at Xilinx, Inc (Dublin, Ireland), where he leads the development of SoCs with integrated high-speed data converters for Wireless, Aerospace, and Defense applications. From 2007 to 2019, Oleh Krutko was a Director of Design Engineering for Millimeter Wave, Broadband, and RF Power products at Qorvo (Dallas, TX, USA). From 2004 to 2007, he was an RF Specialist with Nokia Networks (Irving, TX, USA) he was leading development of high-efficiency power amplifiers for mobile base station transmitters. From 2000 to 2004, he was a Senior Member of Technical Staff with Anadigics, Inc (Warren, NJ, USA), where he worked on III-V HBT and HEMT device technology development and power amplifier and transmit module design. He has 40 journal and conference papers and 7 patents. Oleh Krutko is a senior member of IEEE and a member of IEEE RFIC Technical Program Committee.
